Hi,
I have a question about encoding and how to do it. I have access to video editing software such as Videostudio 4 but
would prefer to encode the final AVI file using LSX 3.5 encoder. The problem as I see it is that the final AVI file would be around
26 gigs (I have captured that much from a Hi8 camcorder) but under Windows 98 the maximum avi file size is only 4 gigs.
Is there any way of linking the LSX encoder to a video editor so that it can be invoked directly without having to save
the resultant AVI. I also have access to an old Mediastudio 2.5 as well if that is better suited to doing this.
Any help or pointers would be most appreciated
Thanks
Adam
