Maybe this task is to easy (or complicated for me), but how can I avoid the production of 10 or more avis with DVD2AVI?I need the avi to be in DV format (for editing), but I want just one file.Because of Premiere, I can't use the frameserver option.
Or is there any other tool, with can do it directly?
(I know how to use VStrip to make an m2v and then use VirtualDub to make an avi, but I like a more direct approach)

I can use VDub to open the m2v and save as avi. That is as indirect as the DVD2AVI procedure.Seems there is no way (without splitted avis and/or frameserving).

Please rephrase the question in the form of a question . :P

Because of Premiere, I can't use the frameserver option.

the other way around: you can't (AFAIK) frameserve to Premiere!
