Yeah burned my first DVD but I have a problem

hi guyz...

I burned a dvd and I am playing it on my dvd player+tv something that happens is it plays fine then it will stop and step back about 10 mins of the movie and keep playing but then when it gets to the part of the movie where it stepped back it doesn't step back again ???

Am I burning it wrong or could it be my hardware dvd player ?

were you sitting on the remote at the time

cant say if its the way you burnt it, cause you didnt say how you burnt it

It was converted from divx to DVD with TMPenc but plays perfectly no glitches on the computer.. but now that it's been burnt with adobe encore dvd it freezes sometimes on my tv dvd player and skips back ?? any ideas ??

If i had that sought of problem with my first DVD burn then i would be checking the media.

is it compatible with your dvd player ? you can check DVD Media ( link to the left )

is it a + (plus) blank or - (dash) blank, does your player handle both

i have been through a few different types of blanks and have settled with Ritek G04, havnt had any problems with them

I am guessing it's my dvd player.. time for new one anyway
