  1. This might be a dumb question ... I have MPEG2 files I've captured from VHS using Adaptec Videoh and Sonic MyDVD. I want to burn these to a DVD using RecordMax and not the MyDVD burn function. Do I have to do something to the MPEG file to make it playable on a DVD, or can I just make a data disk and burn the MPEG file directly onto the DVD?

  3. I use TMPGEnc DVD Author and RecordMax

Basicly you open that file(s) you want on the DVD, add menus if you want, and then it will create the directories Audio_ts and Video_ts. Run RecordMax and make a data disk, click on the add files and add the Audio_ts and Video_ts directories. Click the burn button. Thats it.
