I am capturing video using the HuffyYUV codec & PCM audio. After capturing, I'm cutting and saving my segments with virtualdub (using direct stream for both video and audio).

The problem comes when I try to join these avi segments back together. I open my first avi just fine, but when I try to append avi segment, I select the file and nothing happens -- but the status bar still reads, "Appended 1 segments (stopped at "D:\seg2.avi1")". Why isn't it working for me? Am I doing something wrong or does it have something to do with the video being encoded with HuffyYUV?

Just keep adding the avi segments untill there all loaded, the goto save as avi and select a place where to save it to and hit save.

Also make sure that both Video and audio are set at direct stream copy.

Just tried. Loaded my first segment, verified direct stream was selected, appended second segment, verified direct stream was selected, then said save avi as... It only saves the first segment I loaded.

When I try to add a segment, it doesn't get added to the slider at all. Shouldn't it?
