bin/.cue files n burnin HELP

hi i know im in the wrong place for this but i cant find anywhere else.
anyways..i downloaded a game and the file is game.bin
i cant open it..some1 told me i can just burn it to cd and play the game from cd? is this true? then some1 else told me i need some kinda of .cue file as well..im lost already.
where do i get this .cue file?
do i burn the bin and .cue file to a data cd?
then just pop the cd and im able to play?
and cant i just somehow open the bin file,install on pc and play the game from there?

sorry once again,i know this aint the right place ta ask about this but ive had so much help from this forum in the past i thought id give it a try.

Yeah you can extract it to your pc and played from there,. Use ISObuster to extract bin no need for cue file
