Tmpgne refusing to load downloaded avi

i have tmpgen and use to to covert to VCD . At the moment i seem to be having problems in getting the film (avi xvid) to load as it says the film is unsupported. I have all the divx codecs, but now have 3 films in my computere that i would like to convert to vcd... any ideas... thansk in advance

What are you talking about?

Have you tried gSpot to see if you've got the right codecs?

(you say you have all the DivX codecs, but that the file is an xVid)

to tommyknocker...i was on about the quote under you name..thanks for the link..changed priority settings and now it works..
