Help With Pioneer 106d

Hey i got a question, i didn't know where to post this so i am trying in here.

For the longest time when i back up my dvd movies, using dvd2one they all come out to 4.38gig

and then i just use blank dvd-r to record the back up's and all the time it has worked.

recently the last week or so, i try to burn a movie that is 4.38gig on my
blank dvd and it wont work

is there a reason to this??

yeh sorry bro,

i get an error unsufficient space on dvd. and i tried three different types.

I even took a dvd that is burnt and tried to do dvd to dvd copy

and it woudln't work

said not enough space!!

try making it 4.36,or 4.37 at the most.thats roughly 4.689gig of data.
so the discs going to be full.
i reckon the earlier ones were just miscalculated.
