i need to change the framerate of a srt or ssa subtitle format.... to 30.036 or 30.039 or more....fps.... is that possible....

Also i when i scan if the movie has bad framerates... a result message below virtualdub appear.... and says...
"0 bad frames 0 good frames... but undecodable"

something like that..... what does that suppose to mean?

if someone answer me the 2 questions (subtitles....and the bad framerates) please... i will appreciate

It sounds like you might have a codec problem. Get the software called G-spot, it is linked in the tools section. That will let you see what codecs are needed. Then you should be able to make Vdub work. If that doesn't help, I don't know what else to suggest, and maybe someone else will know more than I do. Good luck.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

  3. Use SSA's RAMP fuction to increase (or decrease) the total speed of all the subtitles. (Aside use shift to cange the start/end point of all subs).

For RAMP you can use either a multipler or a percentage.
