How to save streaming Real / WM video files?

I am trying to save streaming Real / Windows Media video and audio files from some websites.

I can do that with quicktime streaming video using Quicktime Pro. But when the streaming video files is in real or Windows Media format, Realone Player and Windows Media Player does not allow me to save/save as or save target as.

Is there anyway that I can save streaming Real and Windows Media Video files? Thanks a lot for your help.

Use Camstudio and turn Video Acceleration off in your player.

And Windows Media Encoder can capture as well, and it is freeware.
