Is it possible to convert a dvdr NTSC into PAL?!
    How do i do it!?
    What programs do i use!?

    Anyone?!

    EDIT:
    New questions..

I have a Sony DAV-S500, and when i burn a film in NTSC and play it on the dvd the screen goes black and white... So i looked around in her and find this:
    https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Sony+DAV-S500

So do this work?! Or will i destroy my dvd player?!
Can i watch NTSC then or what?! If i make the dvd region free...
I live in sweden so the dvd "most" be in reg2 or ?

    Anyone???

While you're waiting for replies - try a search on NTSC to PAL - right on this page - top right corner. Loads of threads already. Usually a dozen a day.

But most times it's not even necessary. Pal people can play either on most all players/TVs.

Yes, it's possible. Loads of programs can do it.

Are you asking because your player is not multi-region? Or another reason?
    There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Your players info is right on this site here: https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers.php?DVDname=Sony+DAV-S500&Submit=Search&Search=Search

    (from the Player section).

It probably can play NTSC. The real question is can it play other regions. Two different things.

Where did you purchase the NTSC disc? What region is it coded for? Is it a back-up that is region-free?

If it is the wrong region there may be a hack to make your player region free. If not found in the owner comments in the above link, search online for it.

Not to be impolite, but a site search, or reading the guides to the left is a good place to start.

The fact that you haven't found the answer in 6 days on this site points to something!
