    What you need is a program called tinra...

    (It stands for This Is Not Real Anymore) It's a dos program but you can also get a gui front end to make it easy to use.

    I think there are links in this website for it, but just in case here's a link from the help file.

    I've found it works very well, but make sure you have Real player installed first!!!
