I have been interested in burning movies for some time now and have read up a bit on it. Being a bit intimidated by the whole process I was excited to find DVD Copyware, which promised to make effortless copies every time and got good reviews. So I figured it would be nice to get the instant gratification and learn how to do more advanced stuff later on, and purchased the software. It works great for DVD's which fit onto a single 4.7 GB disk. However for movies requiring two disks, the second disk doesn't work. The extra stuff is there, but the remainder of the movie is not. I e-mailes support@redxpress.com and much to my surprise they promply replied with a patch, oh, after I e-mailed them with some file info from the movie I attempted to burn.
In all fairness I have to say that I have only tried two movies with the update. It seems to work with one that I own. But the software shuts down and a windows error message comes up when I attempt with a DVD which I do not own. So I e-mailed them and asked if pending lawsuits affected their software. I'll play around with it more, but I've been up all night at work and need to go to sleep.
Questions comments appreciated.
By the way, this is a great site, I will donate to the cause.
