I want to be able to create a video, upload it to a server, and then when the user downloads it, when they try to play it, they must enter a password before they are able to do so. I don't have my own server (I use the Indiana University Oncourse site), so without giving out my own name and password to my entire site, there is no way for me to password protect each individual folder. Thanks so much for your help.

you could pack the video into a WinZip or WinRAR file, and password-protect the archive.
other than that, I don't know...- housepig
