Easiest way to add a working menu/chapters

I have looked around this forum and through some guides, but I am not sure which direction to go. I want to add a working menu to my dvd back ups. Currently I am using DVD shrink and copytodvd to make my back ups. The reason I am looking to do this is I purchased the Family Guy series ( which has to be the funniest cartoon series ) and when I skip though on my back up it does not go right to the next episode. A small inconvienace that I would like to fix. Any suggestions are welcome and I thank you in advance.

You could import the videos, that you re-authored with DVD Shrink, into TMPGEnc DVD Author where you can then make your own menus and chapters.
