  1. Hi there,

I have a movie (avi) which is split up in parts that I want to join.

However, I have a problem : Every part's beginning repeats some of the previous part's last frames.

For example, the first two seconds of part 1 are the last two seconds of part 2 and the first two second of part 3 are the last two seconds of part 2 and as a result, when joining the files, the output is repeating those two seconds before going into the new part.

What I want to do is find which of the last frames of part 1 is identical to a frame from part 2, so as to cut out the first few seconds of part 2 and have a flawless joining.

How can I do that ? (I think VDub can't load two movies at a time to compare frames and find identical ones)

    Thx in advance

    Hi

Load your part1.avi into Vdub, then select File > append vidio segment and select part2.avi do the same with your other avi's.

Now that you have them all as one, you can edit out the duplicates frames(cut at key frames)
