Need to convert quicktime to suitable .wmv format

I am not sure what format I should be converting too.

I have tried... MsMPEG4v1 and v2. But then Windows media player says the file format is invalid

wmv is not a video format. It is a container format. ffmpegX only encodes to mpg and avi containers.
