I am trying to copy a DVD to my hard drive with no compression using DVD Shrint 2.3, and it is taking over 30 minutes to accomplish this. The move is only about 90 minutes. My PC is 3.06 Ghz P4 with 1.5 GB RDRAM and 200 gb harddrive.
Is this too slow, or is it normal?

Seems pretty slow to me, but I don't use DVDShrink to copy to the HD. I use DVDDecrypter to copy to the HD, then use DVDShrink. It generally takes between 5 and 15 minutes to copy everything to the HD.
Do you have DMA enabled. I have problems with that and if the drive only has PIO enabled then it takes 30-40 minutes to copy a disk to the HD. -
Yes you have a problem and it's not DVD Shrink. Running P-4 3.03 clocked to 3.5ghz and it takes about 7 miuntes for a movie just under limit (no compression) on my machine and it's not that faster than yours.
