    Hi All,

    I have tried this before:

    1) Author a DVD using 2 4GBs MPEGS ( creating 8 1GB .vobs)
    2) Using DVD2ONE on the files to get them to the requered 4.7GB file size

Now I need to use 3 3.5GB files. None of my DVD Authoring programs will let me chage the default .vob file size nor create more than 9 .vob files.

Any Ideas? Any program that will let me create 3 4GBs .vob files so DVD2ONE can work?

    Thanks for your time!

    Regards,
    Jose Febus

I thought there was a 9 or 10 VOB limit (do the math.....8.6 GB is 9 VOBS).

Gazorgan is right 9 vob limit. Try DVDShrink it allows you to select multiple titles.

    Hi All!

I noticed that the DVD spec requires 1GB vob files up to 9 files...

Do you now any program that will allow me to author 2GB vob files so I can then use DVD2ONE to compress using the DVD specs?

    Regards,

I believe you can choose the re-author mode in dvdshrink and import mpg files. It should author it (DVD) and transcode to the acceptable size (4.7gb).
