Norcent dvd player,, Need codes for Unv remote? Any Advice?

I got this el-cheapo Norcent dvd player,, I got no complaints though!

I mean you can now buy these dvd players ,,apex,norcent,orion,etc at any walmart/kmart etc. for under $50,

but I cant find a remote for it anywhere,, [ive lost mine]
an trust me ive never looked so hard for anything in my life,,

it mustve run off into never never lost remote land!
or where ever it is these things go?

Ok no more jokes,,, Long story short,,

Ive got like 3 rca universal remotes,, an all are dvd capable,

but I cant find a code for em NO WHERE!

the norcent off site says its unv remote compatible, an says code is 1006
but dont say for which brand of remote,, an itwouldnt work with mine.

So does anyone have any advice? links to codes? or just happen to the code?

Most universal remotes allow you to step through all the codes if you don't know the correct one. Try checking your remote instructions.

A "Learning Remote" (as cheap as $15) is often the way to go since if your device is not listed (or not perfect) you can learn the keys as you need.
