  1. hi all,
    i have been getting the following error while trying to burn a dvd compilation onto a dvd-r " DVD-Video files relocation failed. The resultant DVD may be unplayable."
    I was getting this error with nero version 5 as well as the newly installed 6,
    Here is the list of the files i was trying to burn:
    VIDEO_TS.BUP
    VIDEO_TS.IFO
    VTS_01_0.BUP
    VTS_01_0.IFO
    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    ETC UP 2 VTS_01_5.VOB

    can anyone help?
    Ive used a comination of dvd-decryptor, IFO edit and ReMpeg

    The last file is no good . What is it ? make it go away.
    I don't do Nero but

    if you put all your files into a VIDEO_TS folder on your computer
    and tell Nero to burn that as DATA it has worked in a nunber of cases like
    yours.

    also The rempeg method is now obsolete . If you get DVDShrink
    it all happens in 20 minutes will no effort

  3. the last line i was just abreviating, thats not actually there, meaning etc...

    I dont have problems with rempeg, its nero that im aving the problem with, and looking at other posts, i notice others are having similar problems.

    Apparently Nero gives you a VIDEO_TS folder
    and you are supposed to put the individual
    files in there . Don't do that . Try what I said above.
    Nero is trying to help you. You don't need that kind of help
