Friends.
I work in China, where the DVD`s are dirt cheap, but unfortunately I often get DVD`s and VCD`s that don`t work on our family DVD player, nor on my Teac CD-RW on a Toshiba Tecra S1.![]()
Is there any reasonable way to get to a DVD disk when the DVD playing software says that there is a bad block, or it just does not say anything and just don`t start to play. Obviously because the copying of the DVD (or VCD) has been done poorly.
Can one, for example, use some program which can be used to get to a certain point of the DVD disk and start from there? Or is the truth that one can only throw away such a DVD disk?
I don`t have a DVD burner.
Grateful for good comments.
Carl
