OK i have there are 2 probs i'm having here:

1.I converted little nicky part 1 to SVCD(from divx) and i had the bitrate set up so that the whole movie would fit across 2 80 min cds.Now the first one was longer than the second part and it outputted a 815 mb file which is 15mbs longer than what a 80 min cd will hold.
I only have a max of about a gig of space at any given time so i can't split this file using the normal method as that will output another 815 megs which is space i just don't have.

I was thinking their might be a way where i can cut the 15 megs out of the source file PERMANENTLY so that i would end up with 1 800 meg mpg and one 15 meg mpg..

Any ideas ppl??

2.The LSX encoder is WAY faster than tmpgenc(it took 15 HOURS to convert the file i mentioned above)but when i output the file it is extremely fast and seems to be skipping frames from what i can tell.I set it to"very fast mode" as the help file mentioned that the quality would be hardly any different to "very slow mode".This is ENCODING speed they're talking about not video speed.

Any help here??

thanx
