i dont no if its my burner.i have burned alOT of vcd svcd and i have never had this problem befor.all my burning programs dont work.have anyone had this problem.it willnt get by the buffer level.i saved the log from nero.this is what the log said.

get some more memory 128mb is no good in todays modern multimedia world. To enjoy video data to its fullest install 256mb or better 512mb.
Burn with ALL other programs closed down.
defragment your hard disk.
Get a lens cleaner disk.Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.

It can slice dice and mutilate just about anything!
You should install it. Reboot the computer. Then Uinstall it. Reboot the computer again then finally install it again.
The program works great but there is a bug that makes you install it twice on some systems before it works.
Go figure.

You can never have too much ram. The more the better... The only real problem I see you have is Windows ME, I had that program and it's horrible with Burning. I had a Pentium III 900Mhz 512M PC133 SDRAM and it took 14 hours to convert DVD to VCD(MPEG) with TMPGEnc. It usually locked up half way through. Get Win98se or Xp and it'll solve a lot of your problems.
