    I'm tryin to open that unlocking template but it gives me this "illegal stream format" crap. Plz help

    I'll take a wild guess that you are talking about the unlocking template in TMPGEnc. If so, within TMPGEnc hit load and go the extras folder in the templates folder. Save the template with a new name, like 'not a good idea', then hit save and exit the program. Restart the program and there you are.
