    please give us more info...how you created the vcd or svcd or dvd or divx...what tools....what settings......everything.

    I bet your cut/merge with tmpgenc and your audio is probably not exactly 44.1/224. Tmpgenc has a muxing problem, so I let bbmpeg mux the a/v. U will need cooledit to get rid of the clicks.
