b/w capture in ntsc

help is there any fix for ati all in wonder 128 so it can capture in colour from an ntsc signal?
it plays on the tv ok but when i capture in pal i have colour but i have a vertical hold problem 60hz roll or ntsc with a black and white picture but no screen roll is there a fix to capture in ntsc WITH colour..?
i use virtual dub for capture any help ???

Make sure your video source settings are correct - ie: if the video is coming in on an S-VHS cable or RCA (composite) cable. Also check the format (NTSC or PAL) settings.

My card will show B&W video if I choose Composite input (even though nothing is connected to the composite in), when in actuallity its the S-VHS input I'm using.
