    You already have this going in a poll. This is considered cross-posting. (you actually have 3 running that are basically the same.)

    I have a DVD+R drive with 2MB buffer on an old P3 750 with 256ram and a slow UDMA-33 hard drive, and burning at 4x DVD+R has been working fine for me. I always quit all other applications and make sure it's not fragmented up.
