    hey, my friend says that using fiero, you can burn a cd that will read on any player. i tell him this is not so. maybe everyone could help us settle this argument. thanks in advance

    It is a hardware issue, many (older) dvd players cant read cd-rs at all or just some few brands. Read more here http://www.dvddemystified.com/dvdfaq.html#2.4.3
