    I am interested in getting the ATI AIW card for my video capture. Although I can't seem to find any computer shops here in Australia that have them. That leads me to wonder if it can capture PAL TV and Video. Does anyone know if it does?
    If I cannot get hold of an AIW, what other capture card would you recommend?

    Yes, ATI cards support both PAL and NTSC.

    Not all of them. My 7200 cards are only NTSC.
    I use an Aver card for PAL capture.
