  1. First of all I'm not trying to copy dvds. They're cheap enough I'll buy the ones I want. I'm a sound designer and am trying to figure out how to multiplex the surround(.ac3) audio and the .mpg? I edit and render with Vegas 4. Can I do this with dvd architect? I've rendered the video and audio streams seperately. How do I piece them together? Does dvd architect suck? It seems ok for generic dvd's. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to import the video and ac3 in dvd architect and author to dvd.

Or else can you multiplex mpg/mpv/m2v and ac3 with tmpgenc

  4. IfoEdit and then DVD Lab - total cost - $70

If you don't mind a bit of manual programming and editing you get more out of these two than any other IMHO

  5. Thanks for all of the info. This is a really great website. Do any of you have samples of your surround projects? I would be very interested in seeing(hearing) them. Thanks again.
