    hi everyone. dumb question is it possible to burn a video cd (vcd) in Mode 1 on nero 5.5.10.7. i don't have an oppsion on video cd settings. only shows mode 2. or would it work as data cd?

    well you can burn the videocd in mode 1 data file but your cd will only work on your pc.

    to have a video cd working on dvd home player , you got to burn it AS A VIDEO CD .

    there is many soft that do it(nero , prassi primo dvd , ...)
