making an audio cd?

i have encoded my video to the point where it is a series of VOB files.......... i have burnt these off and the DVD works fine....

I deleted all the old files except the VOB files and now want to make a audio cd of the DVD........?

Is there any thing that will let me load the VIDEO_TS folder and extract the audio from it again?

then - for your purposes, you just continue to saving the audio portion.
