I capture from a PAL vhs at 25fps 640 x 576 resolution
until commercial break ..and get 4-5 segments
..well when I open the captured segments
in TMPGENC it sometimes sets the FIELD ORDER
to TOP or BOTTOM ...and they all come from the same tape.
This does not sound right to me.
What's the correct field order ? top or bottom ? I'm using PCTV RAVE
for capture (composite input) from VCR..this is confusing me.

Hi, i would say to use bottom (change it if it's set as top) because when you go into tmpg and u click settings(after you've closed the wizard) it's always on bottom so stick with that it's always worked fine with me. Then encode it as normal. Try that see if that waorks. Neil :P

i would recomend bottom as well, also, play with that litlle box that asks video movie/film movie..you can sometimes get better results
"If u cant eat it - u dont need it"
"Baby - If i dont hit it, Who will?"
"Why is Abbreviation such a long word"?
