I heard that most Tv cards have this problem, where the video coming in will look nice but won't be perfectly clear even though the source its coming from is.And that its due to the video coming through the Tv/capture card being interlaced.I'm pretty sure thats how it is with my card.
Its not THAT big of a deal as the picture still looks nice, but it would look better if the problem were solved. Is there a simple fix to this problem? Anything to download?
By the way,i'm useing the AverTv stereo tuner card.

Sure. Use a program like Virtual Dub to capture the video, and deinterlace while you do it.
Hello. -
why do you consider it a problem?
i capture interlaced and it looks wonderfull.
better then deinterlaced any way.
maybe its just your card, have you seen other captures made by
other cards?
the only reason i can think of that you whould want to deinterlace
something is if you have a VERY good tv or you are using a monitor to watch.
if you have an ordinary tv, there is no reason to do it because
its supposed to work with interlaced.HELL AINT A BAD PLACE TO BE -
