    Nero was working fine until I had to replace my DVD Burner (Sony DRU510A). After installing the new Drive and then using Nero Ultra 6.0 (Video Mode) to burn, it displays a message:

    "Drive being used by another application"

    Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

    Try uninstalling the device from device manager, and then doing a "redetect hardware".

    Also make sure that (when Nero isn't running) the IMAPI service isn't going.

    Make sure you havn't installed a UDF file system like InCD. This runs in the system tray and can keep a drive 'in use'.
