    Hi

    I don't have Toast Titanium yet and I need to create a VCD. Can I just burn the .bin and .cue files onto a CDR using Toast Lite? If not is there any other way of doing it?

    You can burn a VCD with MissingMediaBurner.
    Search it at Versiontracker
