    I,m using ver 1.3 After adding the ac3 pack, although workshop can accept ac3, I cannot hear the sound in preview. How can I be sure that the sound and video syncronised? What must I do? HELP

    Never trust Ulead products to verify synch. I would suggest you try PowerDVD or WinDVD to verify. I only Preview in Ulead products to check titles and transition effects.

    You may not have captured the sound. See if you can load the video into Gold Wave, and see if it is there.

    The file definitely got sound I can played in Powerdvd. Funny thing is when I installed ver1.0 I can hear the ac3 sound without installing the ac3 pack but hear nothing in ver 1.3 all thing remain the same. Can anyone explained why? Any solution?
