Why Is This NOT Encoding?

I'm trying to go from AVI to MPEG-1 via mpeg2enc. I did it successfully last night. But now this morning whenever I try to encode I get this:

What to do???

Two options:

1/ Use DivX Doctor II on your .avi and encode the resulting small .mov wrapper.

2/ Wait for next version this weekend, it will make the DivX Doctor II step unnecessary.
