I've had an LVD-2001 for about a week now and I've noticed a problem playing DVD-R disks. When fast-forwarding these disks the player will sometimes freeze and need to be power-cycled before it will respond. The problem is intermittent but seems to affect only DVD-R disks. The media is fairly expensive PioData 4x and works fine in other players. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? I can't tell if it's a problem with this specific unit or just a bug in this model. Firmware in use is 0029 and the same problem was observed with 0027.
