    Use Camstudio and in WMP go to Tools->Options->Performance and turn off Video Acceleration.

    Thank you MovieGeek...That is a pretty nice tool, but itried using it and all i got was audio no video...It recored me moving my cursor and that was it...If you can help me again i would appreciated...
