I've followed the guide on putting vcd to dvd for ulead. I don't want to reconvert the mpgs, and I follow all the instructions. I have it checked not to convert compliant mpgs. These vcds are NTSC compliant. Every time I output, it says it's converting videos. I check the finish product and I do notice a change in video quality. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean in the Project settings, Change MPEG Settings, General tab- switch it from 720 to 352? I didn't see this step in the guide on here. I thought it shouldn't matter since it wasn't suppose to be reconverted. I'll give it a try though thanks!
