Can anyone suggest a progtam that will convert my Divx file with VBR audio. Tempeg wont do the job its fine with CBR but thats it.

I have tried Virtualdub mod it will convert both audio and video but it allways puts it out of sync

Oh, sorry. I use Ulead stuff as well as the temp/Vdub combo. Never came across any files they wouldn't take. And haven't had any synch problems.
Some other s/w I've tried would not live happily on my set-up.
They have trial versions if you want to have a go with them. :c)

I looked at various forums and no one else seems to have this problem, Maybe i'm doing something wrong eleswhere. Thanks for you advice.

You're welcome. Have you done your searches here? There are tons & tons of audio/video synch threads running. Enough to keep anyone reading for a long. long time. :c)
