The label creater part of Roxio easy cd creator 6 is pathetic

back cover, cd label and dvd covers all print and work perfectly fine.

But when it comes to printing jewel case front labels its format is
completely bad. I mean when I choose a front cover it just allows the front
    cover thats it.

On version 5 you could have the booklet just the front and back as seperate files and insert them seperately. It doesn't allow this at all. In version 6.1.1.7 (latest). Only the front is allowed or you MUST have the both back and front of booklet as one file to spread. across back and front of booklet. If you choose booklet and try to add just the front cover it
stretches it out of protportion across both the back and no option for just
    having it on front only.

Also in version 5 it allowed you to print the booklet front and back covers.
even if the back was blank. Not any more. Now you have only the front cover printable and where the fold marks are it expects you to fold the front cover in half (all in wrong praces)

Why couldn't they have left it exactly the same as version 5 as that worked fine for me. now they just stuffed it all up

Anybody hate the way they did this as well?

I want to get a similar labeling program that works fine. What would everybody suggest for jewel/dvd printing? Something that doesn't have these annoying bugs.

You really should be careful with your use of language in the heading! Not everyone want's to read that crap.

I create all my jewel cases in Photoshop, but you can use any image editor. It's not that hard.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
