  1. I have created a vcd using Nero 5.551 and it work on my computer using WinDVD just fine. When I go to play it on My Standalone DVD (Sony),Which say's it is compatible with CDRW
media it does not work. I get a code of C1300, which means a dirty disk. I have made the disk 3 times with the same results. I have also tried with CDR media and a no disk error then comes up. The CDRW media is Maxell CDRW 650mb 1x/4x and the cdr is Nashua. Any help would be appreciated.

  2. It's a Sony. Sony is absolute the worsed you can have for VCD or SVCD. Go and buy a pioneer (DV-343) these players do play them all.
