I have pioneer dv-333 and dv-260. But only dv-260 plays PAL good. dv-333 plays black and white and pics goin up and down. SO my TV suppose to support PAL right? If so why dv-333 cant play good? Is it because dv-333 dont convert PAL to NTSC unlike dv-260 ?
Also when i try remote hack, it keeps showing Region 1. How it suppose to be after pressing condition?

Not sure where you are from, but I do know that not all TVs and DVDs support PAL (if you are in the US). I used to have a Panasonic RP82 DVD player that was supposed to play NTSC and PAL discs, but when I tried the PAL discs, the picture just kept going up and down. Figured it was because the player itself did not have a built-in video converter and also my TV did not have one either.
You can either purchase a video converter or you can purchase another DVD player that has a built-in video converter. However, make sure you bring with you a test disc to check that the player you want to get can play both your NTSC and PAL discs. I learned that one, the hard way.
