I'm pretty sure they are one and the same. There aren't many Region 0 SW trilogy box sets out there...
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."

  4. Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think I'll just buy those DVDs. Buying a new DVD player is just stupid. I'm happy with what I have. Up until this little issue, I've never even used a PAL encoded DVD. I "could" convert the PAL DVD to NTSC, but it would take a lot of time and the quality would suffer. $35 for all three movies in NTSC seems like a good deal. Of course this would all be a moot point if Mr. Lucas would get off his ass and "officially" release the classic trilogy on DVD. I know I know... they'll be out in 2005 bla bla bla...

  5. Unfortunately George is insisting on adding every friggin' thing under the sun to 'em, making them extra-super-unique-gonzo-wahoo-special editions, ie, new effects, digital tricks everywhere, they've even re-recorded some of the audio....I just hope to God he doesn't put Jar Jar in 'em.....I'd kill him if he did that... Can't the man just release the basics here? Original trilogy, as seen in theaters, it'd be huge.....but hey, I'll buy these ones...
