  1. ok, it's not first time I have bad frames.
I am trying to split an .avi but can't because
I get the VBR message. Ok, first I should
extract .wav...no problem. I also have bad
frames and reading through guides (like King John's)
I used Vdub Mp3 because I get the VBR error
message. It crashes at a certain point...even
using the regular Vdub. I have figured out where
the bad frames are so I figured...let's just
delete manually from original .avi frame 15300 to 16100.
Now I get audio/video sync problem.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

OK you have a bad place in the video
you have the saved WAV right ?
So load up the video and the audio separately with Audio-Wav audio
now fix the audio for the first part with Audio-Interleaving- Delay
    save that part
do it again for the second half
    save that part

you don't even have to delete bad frames
