    Is there a program that can repair bad frames of a divx and not just deleting the frames like vdub?

    What you want is a non-linear editing tool. Try vitec's video clip tool.

    Trying to fix a frame that is half black and full of atrifacts wont bring back anything that's not there.

    But you can scan the DivX and find them all, use "vdub-mp3-freeze.exe" that makes a list of bad frames.
