    is there a way (using os x) to put multiple vcd onto one dvd without using the vcd>dvd botton (working only in the registered version)? Is it possible for example to author each vcd as dvd and then send all of them to burn in toast avoiding the conversion of the mpeg1 format?

    You should remux the streams as DVD mpgs and then try to use Sizzle to create the DVD image from them (not sure it will work).
